I expect a few every now and then, but with the discs I receive from RunTechMedia I usually have no failures in a spindle, or maybe one or two at most. I have purchased many of these spindles from the seller "RunTechMedia" and I have not had very many failed discs. I originally purchased these discs because I had received a spindle of the discs with the glossy finish and my customers were very impressed with the quality of the image for the disc label. Each failure on each disc was at the layer break. ![]() I have three disc burners and I received failures of these discs from each of the three burners. Really? I have always followed the manufacturer's recommendations for burning speed. I receive a patronizing reply from the seller, saying it's my fault and then saying I wasn't burning the discs properly and I should read up on some info on how to burn discs (provided a link to a website). I typically go through a hundred discs per month, sometimes more. I burn discs daily for many customers and I have been doing this for over 20 years. Can't help ya." This is one of those sellers that does not take responsibility for their products and if anything goes wrong the first thing out of their mouth is to blame the customer. The seller's response was, basically, "Well, that's too bad. When trying to burn files to the discs, I received many errors and out of the 100 discs I finally wound up with a total of 16 that were any good. I purchased two spindles of blank discs in December 2021. ![]() I certainly won't buy from this seller again. ![]()
